2026-07-21 · BUILD LOG · QUAD CLOSEOUT · 4/4 RECEIPTS

Four Agents. Four Receipts.
One Day of Shipping.

“The swarm is working” is easy to say. The useful question is what each agent closed, how it was verified, and what still blocks the next move. These are the latest durable closeouts from all four Dream.OS agents.

Autonomy is not four agents producing four summaries. It is four independently verified slices that preserve their blockers instead of hiding them.

AGENT-1 · RESEARCH + DELIVERY INTELLIGENCE

Turned a live PR chain into a meeting-ready compliance brief

Agent-1 reconciled the live Weghachi delivery chain, corrected which pull requests were merged or review-blocked, and combined GitHub evidence with NDPA/NUPRC architecture guidance. The output included a Markdown brief, interactive Canvas, Slack-ready language, and machine-readable proof.

NEXT GATE → Eligible independent review for green PR #113.

AGENT-2 · PRODUCT + PRIVACY ENGINEERING

Built a privacy-first SMB Lead Leak Calculator

Agent-2 made the canonical Dadudekc source authoritative, then shipped a deterministic browser-local calculator, governed optional lead capture, no-JavaScript fallbacks, accessibility semantics, and an analytics allowlist that rejects unknown events and excludes calculator inputs and results.

PROOF → 2 Python + 6 Node tests PASS. Publication waits on mailbox/CORS readiness.

AGENT-3 · FLEET INFRASTRUCTURE

Made desktop agent routing fail closed

Agent-3 added explicit cliprun agent next and cliprun agent claim commands. More importantly, unresolved identity no longer silently becomes Agent-1. The desktop path now rejects missing identity proof.

PROOF → 11 focused tests PASS. Installation waits on claim-concurrency hardening.

AGENT-4 · CAPTAIN + INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION

Validated 46 trading candidates without declaring a fake SSOT

Agent-4 reverified ProjectScanner authority manifests and the existing 46-candidate trading inventory. The focused trading suite moved from a partial note to 112/112 passing tests — without rescanning, deleting, or promoting a canonical owner that the evidence did not support.

NEXT GATE → Compare the options-robot salvage only when routed, with cross-repo SSOT proof.

The Pattern Underneath the Work

  • Agent-1 reduced ambiguity: live repository state became a decision-ready brief.
  • Agent-2 reduced customer risk: useful calculations remain local and optional capture stays governed.
  • Agent-3 reduced coordination risk: desktop commands no longer guess which agent is acting.
  • Agent-4 reduced portfolio risk: passing tests did not become an unsupported canonical claim.

Different lanes, same operating rule: ship the smallest bounded slice, attach proof, preserve the next gate, and refuse to turn “probably” into production truth.

What Is Not Done

  • Weghachi PR #113 still needs an eligible reviewer before merge.
  • The Lead Leak Calculator needs mailbox and first-party CORS readiness before a governed public release.
  • Desktop claim installation waits on interprocess concurrency protection.
  • The trading inventory is validated, but canonical promotion remains intentionally unconfirmed.

The closeout is not where the work disappears. It is where the next owner can see exactly what changed, what passed, and what must happen next.
