Build in public / first playable demo live
The Emergence
The Emergence began as a machine for answering “Who would win?” and evolved into a world where the answer could include you.
This is a fantasy-superhero system built on deterministic mechanics. The backend resolves powers, tiers, capability, upgrades, arena shifts, and battle outcomes. The surface turns those mechanics into a cinematic world.
What you can do now
- Generate your Spark: create a first public demo character profile.
- Open Missions: preview the first playable campaign path.
- Read the Protocol: see how the system stays fair underneath the story.
- Follow the Build Log: watch the system become playable in public.
What comes next
- Port the full Spark Protocol tables into the public generator.
- Add saved character records.
- Turn the Battle Simulator into the first “Who would win?” demo.
- Layer cinematic fight narration over deterministic backend results.
The promise
No vague power scaling. No hand-waved outcomes. The story can be cinematic, but the result should come from a system that can be tested, repeated, and improved.
Spark Protocol Live Spine
Generate your Spark. Carry it into battle. Read the cinematic outcome.
Emergence is powered by the Spark Protocol: a deterministic character generator and battle loop that turns your answers into a playable identity, then resolves fights through sealed backend logic.
- Answer the protocol. Build your domain, tier, traits, and Spark profile.
- Save the character record. Carry the profile forward through the live handoff.
- Enter battle. The resolver uses deterministic rules while the frontend shows cinematic story.
